Hola Flow

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Hola Flow website, Chrome extension and related services. By using Hola Flow or purchasing Hola Flow Pro, you agree to these Terms.
About Hola Flow
Hola Flow is an independent software product that helps automate repetitive image and video generation workflows within Google Flow.
Hola Flow is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google.
Google Flow and third-party services
You must have your own Google account and any Google Flow access, subscription, credits or other entitlements required to use Google Flow.
Hola Flow does not provide Google AI credits and does not bypass Google's account restrictions, usage limits, subscriptions, policies or technical limitations. Available functionality may vary depending on your Google account and changes made by Google.
You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of Google and other third-party services you use with Hola Flow.
Free and Pro plans
Hola Flow may provide both free and paid functionality. Features, usage limits and plan entitlements may change as the service develops. Current pricing and included features are displayed in the Hola Flow extension before purchase.
Hola Flow Pro subscription
Review the current Pro price and any applicable trial in the Hola Flow extension. Confirm the final amount and applicable taxes at checkout before subscribing.
Hola Flow Pro is a recurring subscription. Unless cancelled, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each monthly billing period and your payment method will be charged for the next billing period.
Google subscriptions, Google AI credits and other third-party charges are separate from your Hola Flow subscription.
Payments
Start your purchase in the signed-in Hola Flow extension by choosing Get Pro → Continue to Checkout. The extension opens Whop checkout linked to your Hola Flow account.
The final price, applicable taxes, billing frequency and payment information will be displayed during Whop checkout before you complete your purchase.
Subscription management and cancellation
You may cancel your Hola Flow Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, subject to applicable Whop terms and consumer law.
You can manage your subscription through the Whop purchases page using our Manage Subscription page or the subscription-management information provided by Whop.
Uninstalling the Hola Flow Chrome extension does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Refunds
Refund requests can be submitted through the support options for your Whop purchase. Refund eligibility is subject to the terms applicable to the transaction and applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use
You may use Hola Flow only for lawful purposes and with accounts, prompts, reference images and other materials that you are entitled to use.
You may not use Hola Flow to circumvent access controls, abuse third-party services, interfere with the operation of the service, violate applicable law or infringe the rights of others.
Service availability
Hola Flow depends partly on third-party services, including Google Flow, browser functionality, hosting infrastructure and other technical systems.
Changes, outages, restrictions or updates to third-party services may affect Hola Flow functionality. Although Hola Flow includes automation and recovery features, we cannot guarantee that every generation request will complete successfully or that the service will always be uninterrupted.
Intellectual property
Hola Flow, including its software, branding, website, interface and original materials, is owned or licensed by the operator of Hola Flow and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Using Hola Flow does not transfer ownership of Hola Flow software, branding or intellectual property to you.
Privacy
Information about how data is handled is available in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Hola Flow develops. Material changes affecting paid subscriptions or customer rights will be communicated where required by applicable law.
