This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Hola Flow website, Chrome extension and related services.
About Hola Flow
Hola Flow is an independent software product operated from Uganda. Hola Flow is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google.

Information associated with your account
When you sign in to Hola Flow using Google authentication, information necessary to identify and maintain your Hola Flow account may be processed. This may include your email address, basic profile information, account identifier, plan status and usage-entitlement information.
Subscription information
Hola Flow uses Whop to process purchases and subscriptions. Hola Flow may receive information necessary to associate a Whop subscription with your Hola Flow account, including subscription status, customer or transaction identifiers, plan information and relevant billing-status events.
Hola Flow does not process or store your complete payment-card details. Payment information submitted during checkout is handled by Whop and its payment providers.
Extension data
The Hola Flow extension processes information necessary to perform the automation you request. Depending on the feature being used, this may include prompts, generation settings, reference-image selections, queue information, generated-media information and diagnostic or activity logs.
Some extension state and logs may be stored locally in your browser to support queue recovery, retrying failed jobs, restoring extension state and troubleshooting.
Google Flow
When you use Hola Flow to automate Google Flow, prompts, reference images, generation requests and generated content may be processed by Google as part of your Google Flow session.
Google's handling of this information is governed by the terms and privacy policies applicable to your Google account and Google Flow.
Service providers
Hola Flow relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the service. These may include Google for authentication and Google Flow functionality, Supabase for account and service data, Vercel for backend infrastructure, Whop for subscription billing, and our website hosting provider.
These providers may process information as necessary to provide their respective services and according to their own privacy terms.
Website information
When you visit holaflow.dev, standard technical information may be processed by website and hosting infrastructure. This can include IP address, browser information, timestamps, requested pages and security or server logs.
Why information is processed
Information may be processed as necessary to provide Hola Flow, authenticate users, determine Free or Pro access, operate automation features, maintain reliability and security, troubleshoot problems, process subscriptions, prevent abuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Data retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, including providing the service, maintaining account and subscription records, resolving disputes, preventing abuse and satisfying legal obligations.
Information stored locally by the Chrome extension may remain on your device until it is cleared through the extension, browser storage or removal of the extension, depending on the information involved.
Your choices and requests
You may contact support@holaflow.dev to ask questions about personal information associated with your Hola Flow account or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
Some transaction and billing records may be retained independently by Whop where necessary for payment processing, tax, fraud-prevention or legal obligations.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information processed through Hola Flow. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Hola Flow is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly offer Hola Flow accounts to children under 13.
International processing
Because Hola Flow uses service providers operating internationally, information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, applicable safeguards and legal requirements govern such processing.

Changes to this policy
